Where we ship
The Purple Sector ships to the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship elsewhere. If you are outside these countries and want a rig, email michael@thepurplesector.com and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable.
Parts and accessories
Wheels, wheelbases, pedals, mounts, gloves, belts and accessories ship by parcel carrier.

Free shipping on parts orders over $500 within the United States, and over $750 to Canada. The higher Canadian threshold reflects real cross border carrier cost. It is not a markup.
In stock parts leave our workshop within 2 business days. Transit is typically 2 to 5 business days in the US and 5 to 10 business days to Canada.
Seats, cockpits and turnkey simulators
Seats, Sabelt cockpits and complete turnkey simulators are heavy, oversized freight and are quoted separately. They are never included in free shipping.

Freight is kerbside delivery on a pallet. We contact you to schedule a delivery window before anything leaves the workshop. Someone must be present to receive it.
Turnkey simulators: what the freight charge does and does not cover
For turnkey rigs the checkout freight charge covers transport only. White glove installation, positioning and calibration are quoted separately and are included in the written proposal we send you within 48 hours of your request. Do not treat the checkout number as the final delivered cost on a rig. Talk to us first.
Lead times
- In stock parts and accessories: ships within 2 business days
- Sabelt cockpits and seats, configured to order: 3 to 6 weeks
- Turnkey simulators: 3 to 8 weeks depending on build
If a lead time changes we tell you as soon as we know. We would rather give you a date we can hold than a date you want to hear.
Canada: duties and taxes
Prices at checkout are in USD and do not include Canadian duties, GST, HST or provincial taxes. These are assessed at the border and payable by you on delivery. Your carrier will collect them. Please budget for this. It is the single most common surprise on cross border orders and we would rather you hear it from us now.
Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing, particularly on freight. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier's paperwork before you sign and photograph it. Then email michael@thepurplesector.com within 48 hours. Signing clean for a damaged pallet makes a claim very difficult for both of us.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Reshipping a refused or undeliverable freight item is charged at cost, and on a cockpit that is not a small number.
